Direct Debit Cancellation Policy
At Astons Kickboxing Academy, we strive to provide a seamless experience for all our members. If you wish to cancel your membership, please review the following cancellation policy regarding Direct Debit payments.


1. Notice Period A minimum of one month’s notice is required to cancel your Direct Debit. Notice must be given in writing via email or letter to Chris Aston. 


2. Outstanding Payments All outstanding payments, including any fees due within the notice period, must be completed before cancellation is confirmed. If a payment is missed before the final cancellation date, it must be settled in full before the cancellation is processed.



3. Cancellation Process Upon receipt of your cancellation request, you will receive confirmation of your final payment date. Your membership will remain active until the end of your final paid month. If your Direct Debit is cancelled prematurely without notice, any unpaid amounts will still be due and may be pursued for collection.


4. Refunds & Exceptions Direct Debit payments are non-refundable. Exceptions may be considered in cases of serious illness or relocation, subject to management discretion and supporting documentation.
